But I used pressure cooker, bake mode to stir fry and then ‘chicken’ mode for 15 minutes, release pressure and off switch right after. Came out just nice!

A recipe to keep, especially for my confinement or next year, because it is easy to do with least ingredients that need to cut/slice/chop.
