Thanks Vernice Tan for sharing this some time ago, when you said you haven’t try. Not sure if you tried it already. I was actually browsing my screen shots yesterday and found this. I am making this for my parents because no one going to eat this here (except me).
I used pressure cooker instead of slow cooker, which made it faster! Hehe
150g raw skinless peanuts, soaked overnight
1 bowl water
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/4 tsp five spiced powder
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of molasses sugar
Put under ‘beans’ mode (Philips pressure cooker). After done in 30 minutes, add some corn flour water. I turn on ‘bake vege’ mode, done in another 3 minutes.
