Steam lemon garlic chicken for my 17mo


I am getting bored of stewing and roasting chicken + plain steam chicken. So, I tried steam lemon garlic chicken.

Half chicken, a piece
1 lemon, juice
1 1/2 bub garlic, minced
Dash of pepper

1. Marinate chicken with the other ingredients. Leave it aside for 4 hours (you can put in the fridge).
2. Under high fire, steam for 10 minutes.
3. Under low fire, steam for 20-30 minutes depending on how tender you want the chicken to be.
4. Cool down before cutting into pieces.

It is tasteful but the sauce is too sourish.
