In a glimpse of an eye, I have prepared 38 recess boxes for Noelle! 😁😁 Though many are repeated menus, occasionally I will try out something new for her. One of which is this cheesy sweet potato cakes. I tried it last week and she likes it. Simple ingredients needed:
– mashed sweet potato 🍠
– shredded cheese
– bread crumbs
– egg
Mix and shape. Then pan fried!
