Spongy banana ogura cake

Recipe adapted from Long Yen’s

Ingredients used:

5 egg yolks

1 whole egg

45g oil

70ml banana + milk

100g cake flour

1/2 tsp salt

Meringue: 5 egg whites & 60g caster sugar

It cracked, so I flipped it over to cool and cut that side up!
