Bittergourd ‘chips’ for teatime snack

😝😝I fooled my 2yo+ and 5yo+ into eating bittergourd. It was ‘bitter’ despite the crispiness. But both attempted half in the bowl after no1 came home from school. Good enough!

For the flour mixture: rice flour, ice water, turmeric powder, curry powder, salt

Deep fried!

I did soak the bitter gourd (which is sliced thinly) with salt water for more than 12 hours!
