Cream cheese from milk kefir

Thanks to the guidance from Healing Cultured World fb group members – I made my first ever cream cheese from milk kefir! 😁😁

1.Sieving milk kefir grains out after milk kefir fermentation 1

2. Using coffee grounds sieve cloth, sieve out the whey. Leave it in fridge for at least 24 hours.

3. Decide on your flavouring.

I decided on my basil leaves from the garden!

Besides chopped basil leaves, I also added seasalt and black pepper! 

4. Simply just mix and it is ready to serve/ store!

Store in a tiny container in the fridge!

Tried it on toasted bun!

Isn’t it that easy?
