Banana peanut butter ice cream 

Weather is crazy hot! It is time to enjoy some ice cream dessert!


Ingredients for banana peanut butter ice cream:

3 frozen riped banana (freeze for at least 8 hours)

About 100g peanut butter (either homemade* or store bought)

About 50ml fresh milk

Blend all three items.


Freeze for at least an hour (the more milk, the longer time it needs to be freeze). If you freeze it too long (or kept for few days), you will need to thaw it a little before scooping.

** I have no idea how long it can be freeze as we normally finish it within a week or two!
