Moist blueberries cake

Recipe adapted from http://allrecipes.com/recipe/7358/melt-in-your-mouth-blueberry-cake/

But the ingredients I used:

  1. 125g unsalted butter
  2. 0.5 cup molasses sugar
  3. 2 egg yolks
  4. 1/3 cup oat milk
  5. 1.5 cups cake flour
  6. 2 tbsp farmers union Greek style natural yogurt 
  7. 1 cup fresh blueberries covered with one tap flour
  8. 2 egg whites (made to meringue)


Bake under 175 degree celcius for 50 minutes
