I always wonder how to incorporate grains into the baby’s meal besides rice ball since we are doing baby led weaning. Today I thought of making millet pancake! And it works out fine!
First steam one tbsp millet with 1-2 tbsp water for 15 minutes. Let it cool before mixing it with one egg yolk, some shredded cheese and 2 tsp all purpose flour. Pan fried with olive oil.
