Banana and chocolate rice cake


Mix in a bowl with fork – 2 egg yolks, 3 bananas, about 60g unsalted butter, 1 tbsp yogurt and 1 tbsp milk

Sieve in 6 tbsp cake flour & 1/2 tsp baking powder; fold in

Add in chocolate rice (i had a little strawberry chocolate chips, so I added them too) and mix.

In another bowl, make meringue with two eggs white and one tbsp brown sugar.  Add in meringue into the initial bowl of mixture.

Under preheated oven of 170 degree celcius, bake for 40-50 minutes.

I allowed it to completely cool down and it shrink.

We had it as dessert after dinner.
