Chicken fillets were marinated in liquid amino, sesame oil, pepper and corn flour for half an hour. Then coated with egg white and flour (mixed flour of all purpose flour, corn flour and pepper). They were then pan fried and set aside.
Sauce mixture – I used pure orange juice, add some water, cornflour, liquid amino and brown sugar.
In the remaining oil, stir fry onion, tomato, cucumber and spring onion. Then add in sauce mixture and stir. When it comes to a simmer, pour in the pan fried chicken to coat. Done!
