Air fried Cha siu with three layer pork

Marinated without blanching (overnight) with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, five spiced powder, pepper, corn flour and water

Air fried using Bayers air fryer – preheated for 3 minutes under 200 degree celcius, put in the pork without sauce and air fried for 15 minutes under 200 degree celcius. Then lower temperature to 150 degree celcius, air fried for another 20 minutes.

Cool down before cutting it! Just nice and tender enough!
