Lemon grass chicken satay


Ingredients: minced chicken, egg, cornflour, pepper, curry powder and liquid amino

** Minimal seasoning 😁

Marinated overnight and then wrap it around lemon grass stalks. Cover them with some oil.


Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes under 180-200 degree celcius.


I am making this for dinner; so I will either bake it or air fry it again before serving!
