Stew chicken with tomato and fennel


This is a very simple and appetizing meal with only slight seasoning!

Just stir fry onion in oil. Add in tomatoes and fennel. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes and then add some water. Let it come to simmer and then add in chicken. Add in about one-two tbsp black vinegar. Let it simmer until chicken well done!

This is a quick one pot for the day!

Noelle had it with rice and fried egg for lunch!


And Yee mee in soup of the day (double boiled water cress chicken soup)!
