Air fried char siu with Angrl Brand Oriental Barbecue sauce


This is a lazy meal! 😝

I blanched the pork over hot boiling water before marinating the whole pork with Angel Brand Oriental Barbecue sauce. I left it in the fridge overnight.

Today I air fried it under 200 degree celcius for 8 minutes. Flip it over and another 8 minutes under same temperature! 

This goes with stir fry yau mak with garlic.
