Hainanese styled pork chop in watermelon juice

Lean meat marinated in liquid aminos (or soy sauce) + corn flour + sesame oil + pepper + egg (overnight) and then covered with corn flour + all purpose flour + pepper mixture: pan fried it slightly before air frying it to get crispy effect.
Sauce:
Stir fry onion in oil. Add in carrot, tomato and celery. Pour in watermelon juice and add in the marinated pork sauce. Let it simmer until vegetables cooked. Add in cornflour water to thicken sauc
