Eggless zucchini pan mee dough

I always get this ‘how do you make the dough?’ question. So, I am jotting this down and link it to my blog so that I can just copy and paste in the future. There are some measurements to this, though a bit agak-agak. tongue emoticon

2 cups all purpose flour (or more if dough still wet)
1/2 cup tapioca starch (or corn flour, replacement)
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt (can be omitted)
About 200 ml fresh zucchini blended with water (both water and zucchini comes to 200ml or else need more flour)

Yes, our dinner is zucchini pan mee in salmon abc soup.

High in salmon oil removed the flesh from bones and added into it plus quail eggs
