Third day of CNY is more like our family day (just the four of us) and also our rest day!
We are planning to bring our big girl to swim after having lunch at home. Not too sure when we will come home or where are we having dinner. So might as well pack dinner for her (which she can have even if we come home to eat dinner).
I repeat this sweet fried rice as she enjoyed eating this on the first day of CNY. I remembered a DHM member asked me to provide details when I am free, so here we go:
Chicken meat (I air fried this earlier and stored them in fridge for urgent use)
Brown rice (the other day I used short grain rice)
1. Stir fry garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
2. Add in carrot and stir until it almost cooked.
3. Add in grape, zucchini and chicken.
4. Stir for a moment before adding rice.
5. Stir and done.
No seasoning required. Sweetness from the natural ingredients!
