Following KahPhooi Chau’s pork recipe as I saw that it was a quick meal, blanched the pork for 10-15 minutes (I used half skinny half fat pork). Then slice them. In garlic oil, stir fry the blanched pork. I added boiled potato, carrot and zucchini. Then add in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce & some big own sugar plus some water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Done.
I blanched spinach in leftover slow cooked salmon head papaya soup.
Fortunately that I cooked this in the morning as the baby was generally clingy right until now!
