Air fried begedil

Ingredients:
One potato, steamed and mash
Quarter carrot, shredded
Spring onion, chopped
Two shallots, fried with oil
One egg yolk

Mixed and coat with egg white. Then coat with oil. Air fried under 170 degree celcius for 8 minutes, then air fried under 150 degree celcius for 4 minutes.

Today could be my last day to enjoy in the kitchen as my hubby’s returning to office tomorrow.

So far I have enjoyed my one whole week at home – confinement without confinement boundaries, raising our babies just like what we think it supposed to be.
