Ingredients without exact measurements:
1 chicken keel, slightly minced
Dash of liquid amino (omit or replace with soy sauce/salt – your liking)
Blend or put into food processor. Put into fridge for an hour or so.
Cover with bread crumbs. It is quite fragile so I lightly pan fried with some oil (to form a solid shape) before placing into air fryer under 160 degree celcius for 8 minutes.
