Vegetables pasta

Today’s lunch for girl cooked by hubby!

Ingredients:
Olive oil
Garlic
Chopped shimeji mushroom
Shredded carrot
Shredded pumpkin
Shredded zucchini
Water
Liquid amino

Figured out by shredding all the veggies, she ate all of it.

Dinner done!

1. Pressure cooker Japanese curry chicken (using yogurt instead of coconut milk)

2. Stir fry sawi with garlic

3. Failed vegetables tofu – too fragile!

Thanks to Vernice Tan for sharing your method of removing the Silken tofu. It is better now, but can improve over the other side.

Run under running water, let it sit for a while and then topple it on a plate!

*Anyway, I am not steaming it direct to put sauce. I actually need a not so perfect one. Hehe… But glad that I have found the way.
