Air fryer zucchini chips

This is not easy – as zucchini itself is wet! But still manageable – using Bayers air fryer, under 160 degree celcius, air fried for 8 minutes (stirring in between), then lowered to 140 degree celcius, air fried for another 8 minutes.

Tip: Eat while it is hot, or else, it loses crispiness.

Thanks to Vivien Tan! I finally made the savoury nasi lemak oats (at least Vco oats is more digestible than vco rice – especially now that I had difficulty in digestion). Superbly Yums!
