Air fryer pork and tofu cutlet


Minced pork marinated in sesame oil, liquid amino, egg and pepper
Mashed potatoes
Silken tofu
Corn flour

Using Bayers air fryer, under 160 degree celcius, air fried for 8 minutes and then turn, air fried for another 4 minutes under 200 degree celcius.

I greased the pan before putting in the cutlet, but it still slightly sticks when I turn it over. It is quite fragile, but after air frying for second time, more firm.

Definitely, the real fried ones are nicer, but still save oil splashing and oil itself, plus healthier.

Served with egg noodles in beetroot chicken soup with silken tofu and sawi. Mine has additional fu chok.
