Braised pork with yam and black fungus

I actually air fried the pork before braising it, so that I don’t have to braise too long.

My girl’s having just the air fried pork.

Air fried under 180 degree celcius for 15-20 minutes. In between, I did flip over.

Marinated the pork with sesame oil, liquid amino, paprika powder, 5 spiced powder and corn flour

We will be blanching spinach and Silken tofu in leftover double boiled Chinese yam chicken soup.

All served with rice.

We are had pizzas for lunch.

Pizza dough:

200g bread flour
100g wholemeal flour
30g cake flour
2 tsp instant yeast
2 tbsp brown sugar
Pinch of seasalt
100ml low fat milk
About 50-100ml water (add bit by bit to determine enough or not)

Knead with breadmaker, rest 1 hour, flatten to shape, then rest again 20 minutes before putting on toppings

Toppings I used – tomato, shimeji mushrooms, Green pepper and mozzarella cheese (mine has pork sausage)
Baked under 230 degree celcius, for 20 minutes
