My cheat version mini egg tarts!

Fillings:
2 tbsp brown sugar diluted in hot water
Half cup fresh/evaporated milk
2 big eggs

Mix and sieve. Then pour into tart shells. Bake under 180 degree celcius for 20-30 minutes.
