Thanks to Rachel Tham for the idea. Never thought of combining all three of them when suggestions made on keeping garlic oil and ginger oil. Plus, I didn’t know of the idea ob adding spring onions into it. Made closed to 2 small bottles. I don’t think it can only be used for confinement, but it can used for steam fish and other dishes!
Just stir fry chopped Garlic and ginger in sesame oil for few minutes before adding in spring onions. Stir fry for few more minutes. Done!
Heard that it can be kept for more than a month if handled well.
