There are many ways, which I have Google-d. And I decided to do this way. Peel, wash, chop, add oil, divide and then freeze it. I think I have a dozen packs, which can last me for my first week or two of confinement.
I will get more garlic in next grocery shopping. Sadly, price of garlic has been high lately.
