Eggless roti canai

 The roti canai dough, no exact measurements – all purpose flour, pinch of seasalt, one tbsp brown sugar, rice bran oil and water (add water bit by bit to form dough). Then divide into smaller doughs and soak with a little rice bran oil. I left it overnight.
**The rice bran oil can be replaced with any oil or ghee or butter
