Blanched pork, then cut into pieces
2 tomatoes, diced
1 potato, diced and boiled
3 tbsp meat curry powder
A bunch of curry leaves
Pinch of seasalt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 cup water (can reduce)
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 star anise
2 Cardomom pods
Phillips pressure cooker, mode= chicken
When done, immediately release pressure and then add in one bowl coconut milk.
Change mode to ‘bake vege’. Done.
Not spicy at all.
Will be served with blanched vegetables in leftover double boiled radish chicken soup.
For my girl, she is having sushi again – with different ingredients – boiled corns, boiled carrot and cheesy omelette!
