Quarter of pig trotter and a piece of half fat/thin pork, blanched in hot boiling water
Dark soy sauce
Light soy sauce
Using Phillips pressure cooker, on the ‘beans/tendon’ mode!
Dinner done: Pressure cooker red braised pig trotter and stew tofu with mixed vegetables
