Milo yogurt melts!

Definitely a healthier option compared to Koko Krunch and a cheaper option compared to puffs!

Thanks mama Wong Yen Li for the recipe. I modified from her original one as I don’t have milk powder, so used milo powder.

Ingredients (mine is sort of agak-agak):
30g milo powder
10g corn flour
30g farmers Union Greek Style Yogurt
1 egg white
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp molasses sugar

Mix milo powder, cornflour and yogurt together, set aside (yogurt mixture). With hand mixer, mix egg, vinegar and sugar until hard peak. Fold in egg mixture into yogurt mixture until well combined. Using cookie pipe, make small puffs. Bake under preheated oven of 100 degree celcius for 1 hour. Leave in oven to cool down about 10 minutes before removing.

Only setback is sort of time consuming, so better to make bigger batch (2 or 3 trays at one go).
