PPC healthy chicken rice


Spent closed to two hours preparing and cooking both lunch and dinner (plus feeding the girl breakkie). So later just heat up!

Lunch is pressure cooker chicken rice – wanted to try again my pressure cooker due to yesterday’s failure. So, it is working fine again… Phew…

2 cups brown rice, soaked
Shallot oil
Garlic and ginger oil
1 cup fish soup (boiled for dinner)
Half skinless chicken (marinated overnight with sesame oil, liquid amino and pepper)
Spring onion
Pandan leaves

Cooked under rice mode using Phillips pressure cooker.

Then cut cucumber and stir fry some sawi with garlic.
