Storing lemon grass in the freezer

Learnt from Google that lemon grass can store in the freezer for 4-6 months. And since I bought a whole bunch today for less than RM3, I am storing it for months ahead (actually more on storing for confinement use).

Just clean, cut and freeze. Google does say let it dry first, but I skipped that part.

Also an activity to keep my girl down and focus after a rough day. She’s much ‘obedient’ after the nap. *cross fingers*
