Stew ikan gelama with vegetables and tofu


Lunch on a hazy Monday

When I was away for holiday and had limited access to fb, I think I saw someone posted about this fish. Well, I bought from Giant hypermarket too, it is ikan gelama. I did surf to look at the recipe, mostly for assam fish. But, since I am cooking for my girl, I stewed it with vegetables (zucchini, tomato, onion and shimeji mushrooms) and tofu (plus leftover stock).

For myself, I made stir fry tomyam mee hoon from homemade tomyam paste, topped with plain omelette.
