Half chicken marinated in soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sesame oil
Soy sauce (I used light kikkoman soy sauce)
Rice bran oil
Water to cover
Under ‘bake’ mode, stir fry garlic, shallots, carrot and potatoes in oil until fragrant. Add in marinated chicken and other ingredients. Turn to ‘chicken’ mode, which takes 15 minutes. Done!
I stir fried cabbage and siu pak choy in garlic and made double boiled shimeji mushrooms chicken soup.
I also pressure cooker apple, white fungus (blended) and barley drink for the hazy day! (using soup mode)
