Actually I forgot what’s the dish name as I just print shoot the recipe. Thanks to Kimmi Lim for sharing. It didn’t appear as good as hers, but still tastes good!
Chicken breast cut into bite pieces – marinated with seasalt, pepper, corn flour and egg (I used whole egg cos didn’t want to waste egg yolk) for at least an hour (I marinated 3 hours)
Pan fried the marinated chicken and set aside.
Leave some oil in the pan and add 2 tbsp unsalted butter. After butter melted, add in garlic and curry leaves. Stir until fragrant and then add in 2 salted egg yolk, pinch of salt and one tsp brown sugar. Stir for 30 seconds and then add in the pan fried chicken, coat it with the sauce. Done.
For my girl, I made her chicken poppers. Basically, the marinated chicken coated with cream crackers and pan fried.
We will be having stir fry romaine lettuce and papaya chicken soup besides this for dinner.
Dessert after lunch: Homemade milo banana ice cream!
No exact measurements – milo powder, frozen banana, whipped cream and sweetened creamer (I put in small amount of this only)
Lunch: leftover stir fry Korean sweet potato vermicille
