Pressure cooker bak kut teh using pig trotter

– oily rice
– pan fried vegetables fritters
– stir fry wong king pak
– yau char kwai

All homemade – healthier and ‘less yummy’ tongue emoticon

All cooked in about 1+ hour

So tired, hubby helped to do dishes today!

Recipe for rice:

Stir fry garlic and ginger in olive oil until fragrant. Then add in rice grains. Stir for about 2 minutes. Transfer to rice cooker. Add in soup stock (I used leftover beetroot soup). While it cooks, prepare onion oil. Once rice done, pour in onion oil (mainly onion) and then mix it. Done.
