So tired, hubby helped to do dishes today!
Recipe for rice:
Stir fry garlic and ginger in olive oil until fragrant. Then add in rice grains. Stir for about 2 minutes. Transfer to rice cooker. Add in soup stock (I used leftover beetroot soup). While it cooks, prepare onion oil. Once rice done, pour in onion oil (mainly onion) and then mix it. Done.
