I gave my trainee chef a break! So, I took over by cooking this.
Half chicken, marinated in one tbsp dark soy sauce, one tbsp light soy sauce, one tbsp sesame oil and dash of pepper
2 cups basmati rice, soaked
Some garlic, chopped
Some ginger, sliced
1 cup water
Fresh button mushrooms, sliced
Chinese sausage, diced
Under bake mode (Phillips pressure cooker), stir fry garlic and ginger in oil until fragrant. Then add in mushrooms and sausage. Stir for 2 minutes. Add in drained rice and mix well. Pour in water. And then put the pieces of chicken plus the marinate on top. Change to ‘rice’ mode. Release pressure immediately after done.
