Marinated chicken with turmeric paste, ginger paste, sesame oil and honey
In Phillips pressure cooker, under bake mode, stir fry garlic, onion, cinnamon stick, star anise, turmeric powder and cardamoms in olive oil. Then add in soaked mixed grains rice. Stir and add water (I used ratio of 2 cups grains to 1 cup water). Place the chicken on top of the rice grains. Turn to ‘rice’ mode. Immediately release pressure when done.
That will be our dinner with lunch’s curry fish and double boiled old cucumber soup.
