Cocoa raisins yogurt muffins


Dry ingredients:
1 cup cake flour
Pinch of seasalt
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of baking soda
3 tbsp sugar

Wet ingredients:
1 egg
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp milk

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Then pour wet ingredients into dry and mix well. Add in as much/little raisins as you want (sweetness comes more from raisins). Pour into baking sheets. I topped with some chocolate rice. Under preheated oven of 175 degree celcius, bake for 15-20 minutes.
