Pan fried mackerel with ginger and garlic sauce (added dash of liquid amino) served with briyani style mixed grains rice

Will keep half of the leftover fish for her dinner…

Don’t really have to cook dinner tonight as hubby’s going to eat the leftover, which he didn’t eat yesterday – last minute ffk saying not coming home for dinner last night.

My girl is having the same meal as her lunch.

So, I just made an extra tempura (bought instant tempura flour) – oyster mushrooms and sweet potatoes.

I also double boiled water chestnut with white fungus, barley, red dates, wolf berries, dried longan and honey dates.
