Lunch & dinner: Steam chicken and kai choy soup


Hubby’s on one day course, so I cooked lunch and dinner today – which would be the same dishes.

Steam chicken:
Half chicken rub with seasalt, sesame oil and ginger paste
Chopped celery
Sliced shiitake mushrooms
Chopped red dates
Wolf berries

Steamed for 40 minutes or until the tenderness you prefer.

Kai choy soup – I added siu yoke, tau pok, tamarind slices, tamarind juices, leftover salmon fish head soup, dried chillis and chili padi to the leftover kai choy soup from previous round.
