See fatt hun, went and bought the ‘atas’ fish in the market. One piece cost me RM45! In my message to hubby (for reporting purposes.. Lol), I said ‘for Noelle’. tongue emoticon I divided the piece into four and today I steamed a quarter of it.

All natural ingredients used to steam, as it is so fresh:
Chopped long cabbage
Chopped carrot
Chopped mushrooms
Wolf berries
Red date

Steamed for 10 minutes.

Myself is having leftover salmon fish head noodles. I added fish cake that I bought from the market.

My girl’s dinner: Vegetables fried rice with roast honey orange chicken

Vegetables fried rice: Olive oil, garlic, carrot, celery, pepper, mixed grains rice

Roast honey chicken: Chicken thigh, fresh orange juice, honey, pepper, corn flour (roast under 200 degree celcius for 30 minutes)

Hubby is not coming back for dinner. I am going to take the other part of the thigh plus blanched broccoli – still no rice for me, not really palatable, especially at night. *sigh*

Super hungry after swimming!
