Another recipe from mama Carole.
Marinate the pork chops for 2-3 hours:
Minced ginger (or ginger juice), I used just a small knob
Sesame oil
Dark soy sauce
Molasses sugar (you can use normal sugar)
Black pepper
*omitted light soy sauce
Instead of pan fry with sesame oil, I used sunflower seed oil.
Dinner will also be vegetables loh mee, ingredients:
Soup based – ABC (carrot, tomato, onion, potato)
Garlic
Onion
Enoki mushrooms
Cabbage
Big yellow noodles
Eggs
Cornflour water
