Light lunch: rava thosai with avocado cream cheese

Only difference – I didn’t add on coriander leaves. Also, first time making, the shape is out though I made mini ones. I made it like mini pancakes… Lol!

Side: just mashed avocado with cream cheese

Dinner:

1. Long beans and onion omelette
2. Kung po (or Kam heong) chicken boobies (not sure the real differences between the two)

We have leftover lotus root and pearl beans chicken soup, and I am going to blanched romaine lettuce into the soup.
