Midmorning snack for 30m22d: Vegetables chicken nuggets


I was making ‘bak cham kai’ (chicken rice punya chicken) for our main meals today. I took out some cooked chicken breast and minced it; added some other ingredients to make vegetables chicken nuggets.

No specific amount of ingredients:
Cooked chicken breast, minced
Cream cheese
Chopped green zucchini
Chopped spring onoon

Mix everything and shape it. Then, coat them with crusted cream crackers. Pan fried with oil.

Meals today –
Lunch: Green pepper mee hoon kueh in papaya chicken soup with bak cham kai

Dinner: Rice cooker long beans and dried shrimp rice with bak cham kai
