Pumpkin flavour odeh-odeh


Thanks to Vernice Tan for recipe and Hui Ting for the reminder to make it plus her different flavour ones.

As usual, no exact ingredients amounts:

Puree pumpkin
Glutinous rice flour
Molasses sugar

I cooked some shredded coconut with molasses sugar and water; then insert some into the dough while rolling them.

Boiled in hot water until float and then coat with shredded coconut with pinch of seasalt.
