Hainanese styled pork chop

Last thing to cook before I take a short nap with my already napping girl. This is for dinner and thanks Mildred Tan for the idea.

Lean pork marinated with liquid amino, sesame oil, black pepper, egg and cornflour; then coated with cream crackers pan fried with rice bran oil

Sauce from scratch:
Puree pumpkin
Puree fresh tomato
Liquid amino
Molasses sugar
Black pepper
Onion
Green zucchini
Baby corn
Carrot
Fresh fennel

We will probably eat this with spaghetti!
